Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our warehouse on Mondays and Thursdays before 4pm Eastern Standard time with exception to special events and sales that may change, delay or expedite shipping and processing times.

Notice: US Tariffs

Please note that due to the imposed US Tarrifs requiring all shipments to have pre-paid duties starting August 29, we are in the process of opening a new US based warehouse location in order to ship directly to customers from within the USA.

Shipping is scheduled to resume after September 19th, 2025. Orders placed now, will ship as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!
